Optional Add-Ons & Customization

  • Elemental Sound Bath: Extended sound healing at the beginning or end of your session using Koshi chimes.

  • Personalized Intention Setting: Begin your session by naming a focus or theme you'd like to hold during the bodywork.

  • Trauma-informed Touch: Always available—please communicate any needs or boundaries ahead of time.

  • Cupping Therapy: Offered gently where needed, cupping invites stagnation to lift and tension to soften—supporting the body’s natural rhythm of release and renewal.

  • Hand and foot massage: Enhance any session with an extra 15 minutes focused on the feet or hands, including a soothing hot towel wrap (Additional cost applies)
